The Israeli National Anthems will be sung by this season’s American Idol top-24 finalist, Brett Loewenstern as the American flag is carried out onto the field by Jewish Heritage Day Foundation Board member, Chanie Katz, along with fellow Board member, Stephen Greenspan, who will carry the Israeli flag.

1:00PM

Rabbi Solomon Schiff, from the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

1:10PM

New York Mets vs. Florida Marlins game - Get ready for some GREAT Major League baseball.

Enjoy delicious kosher food from one of the four locations throughout the stadium (see above).

Listen closely for the Jewish music played over the Public Address system throughout the game.

Keep your eyes on the Marlins Vision scoreboard during the game to see the participating schools and the Jewish Heritage Day supporters.

During the Game – Visit fan headquarters (near section 146) for your chance to win a JHD2011 souvenir yarmulke (kippa) and visit the Jewish Heritage Day vendors.

7th inning "Kvetch" – American Idol finalist, Brett Loewenstern will lead the crowd in the singing of God Bless America.
